i have neither quit nor neglected to be mindful of the dailies..
I have been unwell
I visited my doctor on thursday and will have to return for tests next week...
so the news may be best reported by someone else...
for the next few days, i will try
to catch up my reading and post what i find that you may
find interesting but...
it wont be as much or as detailed as normal...
i will be getting through this...
may take some time but i keep going...
