I would say the image quality of those 3 lenses are similar..

personally felt the image quality is quite mediocre.. however, for a starter, it maybe a relatively affordable piece of longer reach glass to play and practise with.

Go for whichever is cheaper for now.. wait till you are really serious at going longer range, and desire for something of better quality, then you upgrade

But if you just want to get a lens with good image quality once and for all, then be prepared to spend anything from $900 second hand, to $1.3k new for 70-200 F4L or 70-300 F4-5.6 USM IS or appprox $1.8k for 70-200 F4L IS.
