ADVANTAGES

buttons are slightly higher, so as to increase comfort.
the loading times are graduaty faster.
hd videos are clear.
you can connect to tv.
smaller battery
the memory stick is a pull out, not like the old one which is push then it eject out.
wlan switch change to top, demolishing the IR port.
DISADVANTAGES

The new headset/video-out port isn't compatible with older PSP headsets.
The new umd loading tray doesn't have a well-defined slot for the UMD. Expect some floppage
The screen on the new PSP (bottom) looked brighter than our original PSP (top), but keep in mind that screens do lose brightness over time.
You can use the old PSP batteries in the new system, but you'll need a new battery cover. |
