Left 4 Dead is a team game, many people don't understand that!

In campaign games on lower difficulty (normal + advanced), it's OK to run around and kill random zombies if you feel like it, as long as you're not TOO far away from someone for help.
However, in expert Campaign or in Versus, you really need to work together to have any chance at all.

I rarely see teams that communicate. People do all the things differently. Nobody pushes forward. Nobody covers the rear.

Is it too much to ask for a team that is organized?
A member that leads the way, covering 10-2 o'clock. 2 people that cover the sides. 1 guy at the back watching the rear. Communication kept short and to the point: "Hunter at 6 o'clock", "Smoker on roof at 2" or "Hunter's on me"...

Or an infected team that knows how to work together, instead of everybody trying a different thing alone?
A boomer that sets up a trap in an open area (boomer in a closed space is a waste); and communicate that to the team.
Smoker that works together with a hunter or two. Smoker grabs a guy, hunter pounces on the incoming help.
Or a hunter that understands the force of IMPACT on a pounce? A hunter can do 20+ damage from the pounce alone if he jumps high and far enough...

It's a team game, but I guess not many really understand that...
