I would agree to this... However, a reviewer still has to give a justified reasoning regardless...especially when the rating for this sort of movies can go extreme both ways - full marks for the fan boys, and 0 (as per Straits Times reviewing)...

For example, The Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, her first opinion was that "it was rubbish" - with acceptable plot, slow-motion actions from many years ago, cheesy dialogues, too many combat sequences, its all style no substance and its mega-boring. But she enjoyed the first Transformers movie (she gave it 4/5)....which is ironic in my opinion
