just look at the rim carefully...since she claimed it was fresh from the store, it wont have all the small scratches around the rim.

there's no now way it fell from 2 ft (waist height) on a carpeted floor & scratched like tat.

it must have fallen on to an asphalt & crushed.

ya i read that b4 too. apple products are known to be fragile. i think need more drop test to know

and rather to what hencpu say that those are scratches. i think its fingerprints. u know those type of oily stains?
