Probably that is because it is a student package that is why the price is good with other accessories too.

Saw from some reviews that because of the background, the black tends to look with more scratches?

I am using the sticker over my nano to protect it.

Nano is so "scratchable". It requires intensive care not to scratch them. Haha. I saw the offer, and was really tempted, but there's no screen protection or anything that allows me to hang my ipod around my neck. I'm waiting for hard cases to reach Singapore.

protection sticker/film is the best choice if u dun to spoil the look of iPod & at the same time want to avoid scratches

i'm using invisibleSHIELD for my white Nano...now can anyhow toss it liao...very durable...

btw, u can see it wraps the top, sides & bottom too...altho the corners are still exposed...
