hi,

i need help in contacting apple singapore. cant find a sales and enquiry email on the "contact us" page on apple store. they billed the ipod touch wrongly when it was supposed to be billed $388. i need to send in the receipt for the damn rebate....so i need to ask if they need to issue me a new invoice.

any idea how to contact them fast? i called them twice and wasted 30minutes of my time listening to their hold tone. is that guy even working or do they need people to fill in slots for customer service.zzz. tia.

zzz. still cannot call through..sian. what poor customer service is this. lol and i have no time to go down there these days...

i purchased it online so theres no store to go back to.
