Dear all I bought a mophie juice pack air from a apple reseller shop and the sales man told me that it can be sync with itune via the micro USB cable to itune without dismantle the batt pack but when i go home and try my Mac and PC cannot recogniz the device.

I bring it back to the shop and the other salesman told me that it cannot be sync with itune on Mac or PC at all the information in the product is wrong and the review of this product from cnet and apple store are wrong too because this product cannot be sync at all. a check at the manufacturer website, cnet and apple store all say can be sync.

he don't allow me to exchange and want me to refer to Maclink but Maclink tech guys are not sure too.

Any bro here use this product before the Juice air te one that cover the whole back of iphone. can it b sync? pls help
