It is not dumped, it is upgraded.

20" iMac to 21.5" imac
24" iMac to 27" iMac

so the next update I guess , maybe, 21.5" to 23" and 27" to 30" imac

Remember the time when people were using 14" monitor and think 17" size is monster.

Today people are comfortable with 22", 24" wide screen monitor.

I'm sure in future, the next generation people will find even 30" small when the default is 42"
