** THINGS TO NOTE
1. iphone's warranty are generally traced by serial number. you will not require the receipt to send for servicing. HOWEVER, if you do have, just bring it along in case. to check the validity of your warranty,
https://selfsolve.apple.com/agreementWarrantyDynamic.do
2. PLEASE restore your phone before heading down, more for those users who've the phone jailbroken. This is due to the fact that telcos may insist that jailbroken sets are not covered under warranty. So in order to have less trouble servicing, kindly restore before heading down to avoid unnecessary trip to-and-fro
3. ENSURE that your LSI, is not red/pinkie! reason being, if the LSI is triggered, you're require to pay a large sum of money to have it exchanged ($350). so my as well get the LSI fix before sending it for warranty hor? oops

where to check?
