3. Where it was last seen/location it was stolen
4. Any distinct markings/unique points
5. Police Report?
6. Rewards (if any)

Although chances of recovery might be low, but who knows?

And just an additional info, for forumers using iPhones or iPads, you can subscribe to MobileMe from Apple and it has a built-in function known as Find My iPhone. It can locate your iPhone/iPad real-time and has other functions. It might be helpful to business users.

Lost At Punggol Plaza coffeeshop on 6th March 2011 at aroung 1500 hrs
SIM card is stuck in phone so can't remove through normal means

Recovered Phone from cleaner at Punggol Plaza coffeeshop who kept it with her! She didn't want to give the phone to manager because she didn't trust the manager and I believe her. Manager said she informed staff that someone lost a phone but the staff said they were not aware of this. Manager refused to co-operate in anyway , in fact.

Sometimes people are honest but there are others who spoil those people's reputation esp when they are in charge. Kudos to cleaner and may that manager burn in hell!
