Who in their right minds will keep a very lightly printed receipt?!
Over the phone 1st u say no receipt cannot do anything. Then u insist for me to bring down the unit so u can see what u can do. Now u say mgmt say no receipt u cannot do anything. YOU SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME THAT OVER THE PHONE u stupid #itch! Wasted 4hours of my time!! Wasted my transport cost!! Insist for me to come down just so u can say if I cannot produce receipt u cannot exchange! SHIT! McCoy's products are as bad their customer service! Their CS will insist for u to come down and then tell u the same thing they told u over the phone. Any products from McCoy are guaranteed by their as good after Customer Sales service. They both equally SUCK!!
I asked McCoy when was Divoom launched in Singapore and they said only in March this year.
In the end I did not pay $10.70 and just turn around and walked out the door without saying anything. DAMN YOU MCCOY!!
