The price is listed in US$ on SGX. The conversion rate depends on the movement of the currency and will fluctuate from day to day or even from hour to hour if there are drastic currency movements e.g. the stupid statement from the G7 meeting over the weekend recently.
e.g. See Fortune Reits. It's priced at 4.75+ This is definitely in HK$.

What I meant by price fluctuation is when you settle your purchase with your broker, they will take into account the exchange rate for the day as you will pay the broker in S$ for a stock listed in US$, unless you happen to have a US$ savings/current account. Then you can settle in US$. :)
