How long to obtain 1. motorbike licence, 2. Automatic Car licence ?

not sure if this is the correct forum to post, but here goes:

enlisting on jan 13, so have from now until then to perhaps do something =)
how long wld it take for me to go thru all the lessons, theory for

either

1. motorbike riding
2. automatic (non-manual) car licence

assuming that I chiong book lesson everyday. and of course, i would only be choosing one out of the 2 options wld i be able to finish by jan 13?

My friend october book class 3 TP date already must wait until Jan 2007 already, i think class 3 is hopeless one. Dunno about class 2B

2B?....Slots difficult to book, doubt can everyday take since it's quite tiring also. Even if you do take theory and practical lessons together on a single day, you will still definitely need to wait for the TP test.

And don't assume you'll pass every stage on your first attempt wor..

Class 3A is quite hard to get within your time frame. I suggest you go about it step by step. Do not rush to get your license. And yes, since it's your 1st attempt, if you rush to get the license, you may not have enough time to practice for the final exam and fail it.

In army, depending on the unit you enter, you may have enough time / week to dedicate to learning to drive or ride, and it is still possible to get the license before you ORD.

go take up a language class or take a short trip north lah....one month cant really do much leh....

The least is 2 months, settle your theory then chiong practical all the way. Quite frankly, by jan 13 cannot liao. Even the TP test slots all filled. If your vocation after bmt allows u to take 2 times a week, then go lor. like me.:hat1: :hat1:

for my case, 3 mths to get my 2b... ur class 3 can forget it for now.... dun rush in taking license, i dun wan to c more and more reckless or dun noe how to drive drivers on the road... it will only make sg roads more and more dangerous...
