That is MLM at its best...everybody has a little diferent twist, but still the same....

Dont get me wrong, Im not saying its good or bad, I wouldn't know....

instead of everybody selling something, everybody is buying something...just a little diferent twist...still a MLM

Oh, and there is nothing wrong with MLM's.... most of the time its the company that starts the MLM that really sucks...thats where the bad name for MLM comes in.....

Sorry, I havn't been around for awhile...Sign in problems with my DSL

Im in the USA, and we have a ton of multi level marketing adventures. Most of them are based on Amway Corperation or a variation of that. Or Mary Kay Cosmetics, Avon, just a multitude of MLM's here. Some really good and some that dont last long.....There is a part of Amway Corp. that is called Quixtar that is about the same as what your in... dif products maybe but still simular...

I went to the Omegatrend site on the net and read about it...your right, there is no dirrect selling of products...but u do sell the idea of buying Omegatrend products. Omegatrend set up a sales force thru a MLM idea that would sell their products without hiring a sales force to sell to retail outlets.

What ur doing is buying their products and getting u to get other people to buy their products thru a system of sponsorship or whatever u want to call it. It works for Omegatrend and it may work for u, just try to be sure its a good company and will be around for a long time. I sure hope u succeed...

CCCP--- The avitar was by ThemeXP..I need to give credit to the person who created it so I will go back thru about 5000 backgrounds and get it...they have over 19,000 backgrounds....

Hi, I'm really excited about sharing with you an Australian business. Started in Perth, Australia in 1990, this business has now been established in New Zealand, Malaysia and Singapore (October 2003), and it is about to be launched in America.

It is a business concept that is completely unconventional. It involves simply changing where we shop in the areas of telecommunications, credit cards, household groceries, health and house and contents insurance. The benefits of doing this are as follows:

- Save money on household grocery items and benefit from a half price shopping programme

- Save money on monthly telephone bills

- Save money on health, accident and motor insurance

- Save money on house and contents insurance

And by generating points for using these specific product and service providers with premium corporations, and helping others to do the same, we could also generate a passive monthly income from all of the above that will continue paying us every month for the rest of our lives!

Does that sound too good to be true? It isn't, let me explain. This is a business - your own business that is operated from home on a part-time or full time basis. Most people who run this business already have a full-time job but they are doing it so they can have more time and money to achieve their goals and dreams. The system is simple however it is not a get rich quick scheme. It requires effort, commitment and vision - and the results are truly rewarding.

There are three ways in which you benefit from this business:

The exclusive product range - home shopping delivered direct to your door, which provides true value for money. Products are produced to international standards and support local manufacturers. The range includes food, personal care, cleaning, vitamins, skin care, cosmetics, home ware and gift items.

Strategic Alliance Services - great benefits from special packages in financial services, mortgage, credit card, telecommunications and insurance - all with premium corporations.

Exclusive Credit Card, with the largest financial institution in the world. This means you can earn benefits from your existing household expenditure on food, clothing, groceries, fuel, telephone, other living expenses and even when paying bills!

Turn your existing household shopping into real money and benefits, simply by changing where you're currently shopping. It doesn't require you to spend any more money on a monthly basis and the product and service providers that you are using who are in partnership with this business are financially rewarding you. It's like a loyalty programme although you get cash directly credited into your chosen bank account every month, instead of 'product rewards'.

This is an opportunity for you to generate excellent ongoing income, starting with part-time, medium effort with a minimal financial outlay. It's also fun! I'd love to tell you more about it. To show you the business completely takes about 30 minutes. The 30 minutes you invest now, could give you the lifestyle you desire for your future. Woody Allen said "90% of success is just turning up". That's all you have to do initially, simply turn up and listen to an opportunity that could assist you to achieve financial freedom.

There is completely no obligation. Whatever you decide is fine. Just at least give yourself the opportunity to make an informed decision. It could change your life, as it has for thousands of others.

To find out more about becoming a successful business owner using this system contact us now at tiong5075@hotmail.com

Thank you.

If this is a scam, as mods, we may have to uphold the integrity of the forum. And that includes deleting posts or possibly something more harsh. ;)

ussually scams are pretty much short term, its hard to keep a lie going for long periods of time....That business is 13 years old if thats correct. I would venture to guess its not a scam.....

Oh I cant spell either, even after 4 years of writing papers in college...

Bolts, if u could of put D&B in front of D-U-N-S number I wouldnt of asked what it was......

I didnt know that u had to be legit to get a number, how do u prove that to Dun & Bradstreet..They are a credit rating company(with a lot of integrity I would say)a company can be legit with a bad credit rating I guess...

And ur site is only to get a rating or number, I would have to be a member to get any info unless I want to pay for it......but not from that site....

Maybe that person who started this thread can give u a number since, I am gathering u have a D&B DUNS number and membership, u could find that info for all of us...

Please dont take this post as anything other than informative...I am not trying to create an argument just a discussion...cool???

Sorry. In the industry, it's commonly known as a DUNS number. I should be more specific.

Anyway, there are too many Internet scams out there. It pays to be careful. In the case of the person who started the thread. Please show us that the company is legit.

If the company does not have a DUNS number or a good credit rating, red flag.

If the company is using a throw-away email from hotmail or yahoo, red flag.

If the company does not even tell you what product or service he is selling upfront, red flag.

woah.. something new I learn everyday... I'm with this company called USANA. Is there anyway I can find the DUNS number?

According to http://www.hoovers.com/usana-health-sciences,-inc./--ID__51987--/free-co-factsheet.xhtml , which is a D&B company, USANA has a DUNS number.. but its only for subscribers....

Any idea how can I get the DUNS number? Also, what information does it provide? Anyway you can get the information?

Also, I assume it applies more to private companies right? Since public listed companies have annual reports and all... I know its not totally replacable... but does a publically listed company give more assurance than a private company?

(eh.. I'm also not saying that a publically listed company shouldn't have a credit rating... I'm sure we all know, they do :) )

Again, something new I learn everyday
