One more QNs. If the person is holding stocks he bought at $0.30, does he make any profits as of current closing price?

Conversion is good. I take it that they are reducing the size of the share float on the market. Provided profits continue to grow, the share price will increase. Reducing number of outstanding shares on the market increases the EPS, which has a magical effect in increasing share price.

The reverse will cause share price to drop.

i sold my beyonics on the last day before the conversion for a small profit. Still, worth a second look if the price is right.
