I feel it's not worth it. Went with my family, considering you pay a comparable price to some places, you still have to queue for table, queue for food etc. The seafood soup was disappointing. I believe it's $38 now for the buffet.

I would recommend for $28 the buffet behind AIA Tower (Iishin), have not tried the buffet but tried their usual food and was satisfied. Plus it's cheaper, it's a more cosy nicer looking place.

For $35, there's a Jap restaurant at Goldhill Plaza opposite Novena Square, can't remember the name right now, MIGHT start with S but that's good too. They do good fresh oysters in a small bowl of seasoning soup and lots of other things (forget the fried oysters).

For about $40 or $40+ (have not gone in years), I guess will be Goodwood Park but bottom lime, save your money and skip Kuishin Bo. I'd rather go to Ichiban Boshi and just order the items I really want Ala Carte, save money to boot and not stuff myself so full but be left with a discontented feeling.

cheers!

There are other places that offer sashimi unlimited for similar price but better quality. There's one starting with S, can't rem the exact name now but it's at Goldhill plaza and they have fresh oysters in a cup of seasoning too, $35.

Think the Jap restaurant behind my office, Osashime, has pretty good food too, dinner is $28, saw the pic for the buffet had sashimi, I've only tried their ala carte before though, like their soft shell crab handroll, agedashi tofu, my colleague always eats their chicken egg rice (oyaku don?).

Kuishin Bo is at Suntec City, near V.Hive I think. They are part of the Ichiban Boshi/ Fiesta chain.

1 think about that place is that they have snow crabs.

Other than that, pretty normal (But decent food)

Although quite expensive, I still think the $38 worth spending once in a long while

the food there are still not bad i say... they have the special offer of 17++ and allows u to eat for 1 or 2 hrs.... but yea it is quite ex... the good thing is the paper steamboat which used to be limited to 1 per person... but it is free flow now.. and the hourly or half hourly hot pick...
