Stop the OTness, why? you all only cook instant mee? hehe.. ;)

I cook lah, mostly western, once in awhile, some of you guys know I bake also. Lucky for me my maid helps coz I often cook quite last minute, sometimes even after work, so she helps with slicing and dicing and washing up.

Have made stuff like crab bisque, onion soup, braised oxtail, pastas, bread, apple pie, roast turkey, stroganoff, basically I cook anything I get a craving for, check out recipes online, improvise if I don't have enough ingredients or to cut down the fat/ sugar. Quite a lot of food can be cooked simply like portabello mushrooms, I brush with olive oil, splash balsamic vinegar on, lots of freshly ground black pepper, bit of minced garlic. And bake in oven, yum!

- Curry with some untasty turkey
- Pork Belly (soya sauce)

some creation like
- Baked Chicken Breast with cheddar....
- Chrismas Turkey...(bought one that was bigger than the oven.. hahahahaha took 1 whole day hahhahahaha)

nothing much.. the yellow noodle was diff to find and $$$ so
i just cooked the Spa-ta-ghi in water like norm and fry it lor..
but the Spa-ta-ghi have to be slightly over cooked and not like what you would
have them like real italian style Al Dente... (firm to the bite)..

Wack the Garlic in...but i was lucky to have a good supply of Lap Chiong and dark soya
sauce :D all is well and easy... :D
was tasty :D

Can cook anything that has a heartbeat, can deshell, debone, deskin or gut most mammals, fish, birds and crustaceans.

I'm a big fan of frying vegetables, usually my dinner is some form of animal with an assortment of frozen veg and sauce. Rice or pasta are the usual accompaniments, but being English, I still do a lot of traditional English food. Here are some of my favourites,

Fish & chips
Roast beef & Yorkshire pudding
Full English breakfast (not actually a breakfast)
Bangers & mash
Toad in the hole
Beef stew & dumplings
Welsh rarebit (aka "un Croque-monsieur" to the common Frenchman)
Ploughmans
Bread & milk (there's a lot more to this - it's a hot alternative to cereal breakfast)
Treakle Flapjack
Semolina & custard go with any sugary desert, although don't really qualify as "cooking".

If anyone's interested in how/why/what any of the above meals are I'd be happy to explain :)

I have my own style of cooking spaghetti also....but dun know u guys gonna like it or not. coz i experimented with it, taste superb though. Looks a bit like fried noodle but it's not...mixed with western style. Kinda quite sometimes i never tried it...maybe i could still remember the recipe.
