if u take the student buffet, you would find its very worth it... eat frm 3pm to 6pm lor.. stay there study n eat... 30 plates are easy to fill... 30 plates is alot compared to what you pay for the student buffet. =)

Genki has always been my favourite. Back then Sakae standard really sucked, very small portions, food very unfresh, seaweed soggy, they tried to up their standards last year to compete with Genki, I noticed items like their Chawanmushi have more ingredients inside, used to be miserable.
Anyway, one trick for Sakae, is order the handrolls, they have to make those fresh so better chance of crisp seaweed. I just went on Sunday because it's nearer my house (Parkway), they have a teppanyaki counter there, their garlic fried rice is good.
Genki has sent me a 20% voucher for my bday :D, hee I think time to make a visit again!
