Heh just being a little dramatic, me and a bunch of friends are thinking of going out for a meal tomorow, but having bad experiences last few years, I'm wary of long qeues.
Where's a nice place to eat that we won't need to qeue up one? They are thinking of somewhere with chinese food but other cuisine also can.
Budget around 20 to 30+...

dont listen to that ididot up there ^. hmmm, with a 20 to 30 budget, can i suggest the canteen? by les amis in shaw house? not bad, food, and can get u a decent meal for $30 or so. if u have 40, then ull be eating like a king.

about 33bucks gets you an alacarte buffet mala huo guo at lucky plaza. order all you like and there's dessert afterwards as well. and pretty fresh prawns :) chinese food.

Go to Taste of Thailand in Sembawang Shopping Centre or at Chompang... their service is lightning fast, the food is cheap, they have a wide variety of food (including thai and chinese of course)...

I think the Chompang one should be less crowded, but there are mostly open-air seats. The SSC one is fully air-con but bloody crowded...
