Its a pretty tricky situation, if you know it it, it would take a lot of effort to overcome the fact that she used to be a man and go with her. If you dont know it, you probably need to have a hell of a lot experience to notice the difference, since plastic surgery these days is very advanced. I know a couple of guys who went with women of this kind here in Greece and found out later that they used to be men and freaked out. One of them kept puking for days. In the end i think it's just how open minded and repsectful to other individuals' wishes one is. As for me if one would look as feminine as this one and i knew it, i might have given it a shot, but i am very hesitant, honestly.

2) There's a surgery called apple shaving. You can probably guess what it does.

3) Estrogen allocates some fat to the neck so it helps cover it up. And don't go 'eeeeeee' because the amount of fat relocated would be the same as a normal female.


Honestly, I think you're just trying to act cool by pretending that you can tell that she was born male and blah blah blah, since you obviously know nothing at all. There's practically nothing about her apperances that would give her away. Even if you can spot some signs, that's probably only because you've already been told that she's transsexual so you scrutinized her picture a thousand times to find something.

I fully agree on the fact that spots are noticeable only because you know, however plastic surgery can also refer to parts other than the face and or breasts, such as the areas that uhmm... got inverted to the oposite sex. I am currently in no position to know how the quality or the method of operation that one followed is able to give away the fact that they changed or not. As per our experience from the ladyof this subject i think it is the only part that can actually give her away if and only if you dont know. But that requires getting yourself to intercourse with her... details spared and all:D
