Hi everyone,

This issue's on my mind for a while now. I need to voice out.

IMHO, if you are interested in any job, I feel that you should approach the potential employer instead of the other way round.

I've seen job seeker's replies in employer's thread:

I want the job. Please email me at whatever@whater.com

or

Can PM me more details?

My point is: If you are interested in any job, I feel that it is more polite to approach the potential employer. :) Isn't that so?

But of course, in any point of time you feel that the information posted by a potential employer is not clear, feel free to reply in the thread with your query. I believe they will be willing to react to the reply accordingly.

The issue doesnt only occur in our forum, i notice that it occurs in other forums too.

Anyway, i saw your earlier job posting thread - I believe somebody has to voice out.

Yeap, thanks.

By contacting the potential employer with a description of yourself and your past experience, it shows that you have at least put-in some effort and seriously interested in the job. (well, that's what I had in my mind, anyway)

oh yeah, so the employer will need to fill a clearer details especially age limit and necessary information that will help to speed up the process.

And most important is: location.
