Cardio Tryout


The Perfect Fit For the Dynamic You!

Gear up for energy-pumping Cardio exercises in the month of March. On 20th March, join us at Toa Payoh Sports & Recreation Centre to try out a selection of Cardio exercises:

1. CardioBox Combining boxing, dance and aerobics movement, CardioBox will train your heart and tone your body!
2. KickBox Kick! Jab! Punch! Coordinate your warrior moves with various kicking and punching techniques shared in KickBox.
3. CardioDance Heads up! Let's Groove! Combining Cardio exercises with Salsa & Hip Hop Dance steps. CardioDance gets you jiving to hot music.
4. Power Yoga Be Dynamic! Be Energized! Performed at a dynamic pace, Power Yoga builds strength and balance while working your heart.
5. Aerobics Hi-Lo A mix of high and low impact moves. Aerobics Hi-Lo helps build your stamina a step at a time.

Registration Information:

Register at any of our Sports & Recreation Centres today! Only $12 per head when you bring a friend along. Normal rate is $15 per head.

Haha......no, I just like to help to update pple about fitness events. Its just to encourage pple to do more exercise and know more about fitness. There're lots of fitness that we never heard of. But I think its a good chance to try.
