I'm in Pes A doing staff work along the lines of planning and development. In my organisation, its common. If you're a dip/A Level holder, and through interviews they decide they want you, they'll take you in. Quite a few Pes A people are doing staff work here as well.

Called for NDU due to perfect eyesight, pushed for PES D and got out of it.
Then got PES A and was sent to tekong. After first week I was excused heavy load, prolonged standing, stairs, pushup, pullup, running/marching/jumping. OOT'd on 7th week.

Now a PES C1L2 storeman but by the end of medical investigations I should be C2L9 or lower.
