6 SIR The Spartans @ Maju Camp is tasked as a Protection of Installation(POI) battalion, guarding installation like the airports, oil installation and the ports.

lol take it as an experience lor... just remember... no matter how much u like or hate... you still have to serve 2 years... so why not make the best out of it... also go combat unit is not a bad thing... can keep you fit and healthy! :D

I believe in 6 SIR, after you finish the standard training you will be doing POI ... if you POI @ Jurong Island sian 1/2 la but if you POI Changi Airport, you spend you days walking inside there looking garang and telling tourists,' Sorry Sir/Mdm, but we are not allowed to take pictures' lolz

haha... ORD lo ! I was from 6 SIR support coy MP platoon... ORDed last year june... well... 6 SIR is a nice place... Least chiong suay compared to other infantry battalions... Deployment can be really boring sometimes... but heck... u get off days after ur shift... so make the best of it !!! :D
