As above captioned, I will be dealing in Osram bulbs. Please note that I am a freelancer and I do not keep stocks with me. Thus i will need advance notice if ordering.

There are 3 ranges of Cool Blue, namely, Cool Blue Normal (4000K), Cool Blue Mega (4300K) and Cool Blue Hyper (5000K) of which only the Cool Blue (4000K) is LTA compliant.
Available bases for Cool Blue Normal (4000K) are H1, H4, H7, HB3 and HB4.
Available bases for Cool Blue Mega (4300K) and Cool Blue Hyper (5000K)are H1, H4, and H7 only.

Some of the markings above will be missing from those non-approved bulbs.
Some questions you might ask about Night Breaker and Cool Blue Hyper/Mega/Normal:
1) Night Breaker as advertised, is up to 90% brighter than stock bulbs in terms of lumen. Thus throw of light for Night Breaker is further than stock bulbs. Refer to the graph on the Night Breaker brochure.
2) Cool Blue Hyper/Mega/Normal are considered white bulbs in varying degree of whiteness. Range is slightly lesser than stock bulbs and in my opinion, will not have much difference through the naked eye compared to stock bulbs.
3) Only Night Breaker and Cool Blue Normal are approved by LTA. Note that although Cool Blue Normal belongs to the white bulb range, its still quite yellow just that its only 10-15% whiter than stock bulbs.
