Secondhand Music CD Shops

Do you guys know any good ones?

I personally find Earz at Marina Square to be pretty good in terms of collection. The CDs aren't very cheap though. Most are priced around S$6.90 or S$7.90. I've seen secondhand CDs at Gramophone too but didn't really look into it.

Ah, no no. not Raffles Place. It's either at OUB Centre or Republic Plaza. There should be other branches too.

there's gramophone at specialists centre as well.

cash convertors has A LOT of 2nd hand cds. can find quite a few gems there.... branches all over, bedok, tampines, jurong west/east??, toa payoh are some branches...

far east plaza has a few 2nd hand cd shops hidden inside as well.... at least 2 or more shops. some of those shops cater to particular niche like rock genre or punk music etc...

The gramophone one at OUB Centre, I have looked at their 2nd hand cds couple of months ago but the selection was rather old and small, more classical or oldies types, not the kind of stuff you get on the radio.

My comments on used CD stores :

1. Earz - the used CDs are surprisingly clean (repackaged?), and has the most variety of all stores
2. Grammophone @ Specialist Shopping Centre - nice shop environment, CDs generally in good condition, wish they had more used CDs though. UOB Centre one has bad selection.
3. Cash Converters - good selection at the Toa Payoh branch, but hard to search and the huge price stickers cannot be removed + dirty. Other branches a lot of repeats.
4. Dreams (at Pearl Centre) - CDs are in good condition, but mainly Chinese CDs
5. The Far East Sq Shops - shops are really small (half shops), lack variety and not cheap!
6. Shaw Leisure Gallery Shop (Don't know name) - has hard to find Chinese CDs, but not necessarily used (i.e. may be ex)

Earz? Alight at City Hall. Walk through City Link towards Marina Square. Follow the directions towards GV and you will find it.

cash coverter...? abit dirty larz.. but since ripped le... can take back cash coverter sell again... they sell at $3(if i remembered coorectly) .. .sell at $1... haha.. so the disc $2 only.. :X
