do i need to buy black frame spe ?

no need black . dark color like blue/brown is fine
just get the cheapest cos u might break it during training

unless ur rich and don mind to bring your oakley to chiong sua with it

Technically any color / type also can, just have to be tactical (ie hard to spot). But if you wear a silver frame, your superiors may simply ask you to camo it or black tape it. Yup get the cheapest one, if break can get the spectacle fund for replacement.

so i assume the black framed retro glasses that many nsf and bmt-ers sport are the cheapest ones rite. where does one get those glasses? from saf mart?

I went thru BMT with frameless specs, everytime tio aim by my PS, so you guys better not be lao lan like me. :o

U shld get a cheap black specs for NS. Bring along ur civi specs also. In case the black one break.

For me, I changed my black specs twice liao lor....

Need to be tactical for outfield exercise. Otherwise if you are not going to be outfield at all, its not necessary to wear blackframe.

i wore my silver oakleys to bmt. they only nagged and poked fun at me but they can't do anything cos if they confiscate my specs i'm as good as a useless soldier and i'm sure they dont want the unnecessary trouble ...but dont be a piakia lah. :hat1:
