In general prices are equal or more expensive than in sim lim square. I did see a dual core intel on demo but not sure they retail already.

The main building consist of few pc shops on level 2
Level 1 have no pc stuff at all , they have books store, cd stores and even porn shop ( porn is legal there)

the main attraction is the shophouse along the whole street. Just imagine instead of housing all shops in a complex like sls ,you get bigger shopfront in 2 row of first level shophouse shops.

manufacturer does control pricing there.
cost of living is higher there.
for eg.
average meal in a food court there is about SGD $8 (just the main dish, no drinks)
a equivalent pasar malam sales person basic pay is about SGD $1500 ( saw they put up an ad) meaning the cost of living is more or less higher than SG.
