Job Title : Firmware Engineer
Location : Ayer Rajah Crescent
Job Type : Full Time (Permanent)
No of vacancy required: : 2
Working Hours : 5.5
: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 1pm
Gender : No preference
Qualifications : Degree and above in Electrical and Electronic
Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computing or equivalent
Requirements :
• Degree and above in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computing or equivalent.
• Experience in embedded system design for consumer electronics products, such as MP3 players, handphone, pmp, pda, laptop, will be an added advantage.
• Lack of experience is okay as long as you are interested in the job and willing to learn.
• Proficient in C/C++
• Familiar with assembly language, will be an added advantage.
• Familiar with Linux for embedded system, will be an added advantage.
• Ability to understand hardware schematic will be an added advantage.
• Ability to understand program requirements and translate into design documents.
• Responsible, hardworking and willing to work long hours if necessary
Job scopes :
• Design Specs
• Firmware development
• Other programming related tasks
• Design verification, testing & debugging
• Output firmware related documents such as customization guide.
• Work with Project Managers, other team members, vendors and subcontractors to ensure design are complete on schedule, within budget.
