Job Title : Hardware Design Engineer
Location : Ayer Rajah Crescent
Job Type : Full Time (Permanent)
No of vacancy required: : 1 Working Hours : 5.5
: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 1pm
Gender : No preference
Qualifications : Degree and above in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or equivalent
Requirements :
• Degree and above in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years experience in embedded system design for consumer electronics products, such as MP3 players, handphone, pmp, pda, laptop.
• Familiar with design tools such as Protel99, PowerLogic, OrCAD, PowerPCB, PADS2005
• Ability to identify critical printed circuit board parameters such as routing, planes, materials, and impedance issues.
• Ability to understand program requirements and translate into design documents.
• Responsible, hardworking and willing to work long hours if necessary
Job scopes :
• Design Specs
• Schematic design, printed circuit layout design.
• Output hardware related documents such as BOM, SMT diagram, GERBER.
• Design verification, Prototype making, testing & debugging
• Work with Project Managers, other team members, vendors and subcontractors to ensure design are complete on schedule, within budget.
