Just curious though, once i finish my 10th cycle and get MR status.
Do i still need to book Ippt?

i tot IPPT is still a must until a servicemen is past 40 yrs old, regardless of whether MR?

Nope, no more IPPT when u are in MR status. Already not taking liao :)

I also just MR this year, get watch, MR certificate and $300. No more IPPT.
