It has grossed US$56.2M in the opening week. RottenTomatoes rating is pretty good at 82% too. Looking great!

Personally find the movie plot rather meaningful tho I don't quite like the graphics. BTW, It was awarded 4/5 in StraitTimes life section.

Me movie is very funny, and entertaining.

Its very surrealist and have many paranoias, because its a mixed of wonka and burton's style. :rolleyes2
