basically.
u can be sent outfield. not with the fighting fit ppl. but as auxillary staff, like storemen to replenish water and food supplies. can also be sent outfield as clerk also.

unless specifically excused from carry field packs, u will be required to carry the same field pack as per others. and rifle too.

more or less helping out role rather than active combat.

yes you are considered fit to go field camp ... but how siong it will be depends on your unit ... if you ganna clerk as in an infantry battalion, you will need to go outfield with them, carry rifle and SBO but don't need field pack. You will not be required to march though ... but the sucky part is after the outfield and the chiong sua ppl book out for their off days, you sian 1/2 stay in office finish your days of missed undone office work ...

But a clerk at brigade or division level is totally different, pack your hotdogs, sardines and maggi mee and have fun outfield, with occasional bath trips at the nearest camp :D I have been both
