in english the title is jewel in the palace.....buy the whole set for 100 plus...but is worth it..the ending was nice wish there is more...

i dunch like watching on TV. a lot of adverts, fixed timings, and they have a tendency to end at the most inappropriate portions. i borrowed the vcd from my mum's friend during june ^^

i'm watching it on cable now...no adverts leh. thank goodness they have the dual sound feature thing. prefer watching it in korean.

hahaha...i read the subtitles lah! :) but strangely, some of the korean words reminds me of Japanese.

Most male just looking for beautiful girls in every show. I personally think this show educates us to think of our health. You would want to be like the King there dieing of Colon cancer. It's a 2nd killer in Singapore you know.

Well Yeast, Try it. although you might find them sitting down everytime they chit chat is boaring. You may think it's no good. Just for example, if you buy a book, you down just read the summary at the back right. You must go thru every details when you read right. Follow the story and you will find the Gold of this show. S$99 DVD is OK. It's the Quality of the Disc that counts. I got it at half the price from JB. Of course you know is what disc I am refering to.

personally this show is great.

i dont like korean shows, but this is one of the few that i actually watched...
one of the other show tat drew me in was my sassy girl:D

anyway as for D.C.J(da chang jin), the story built-up is quite good i must say, the background i feel is very capativating and u notice alot of korean words and their custom is very similar to the chinese :D

there isnt boring epd in this show, which is quite rare among dramas...

you shld get the dvd version, TV isnt showing all the parts.. as in there are some parts TV didnt show and hey it gives good pracitcal knowledge too...

Got someone selling the VCD in garage sales. You go check it out lor. Actually this kind you watch one time then i think you won't watch already. So if you are not those movie collectors then it will be like a waste of money spending $99 to watch it only once and leave it in the cupboard for a few years.

hey, just went to Chinatown. there they selling $49.90 for DVD at 1 of the shops near the open air hawker place. It's almost the price I bought for copy version. Worth the buy if I may say.

i bought mine at popular (dvd) version parallel import from china..
at around 35++ cant remember the exact price but its around there lah... and erm the quality is more or less like a vcd..
