WOW....u all knoe wat...
i got goose bumps when i saw how RUSSIA played against sweden....

when the midfield/forward youngster played, they got so much spur to run towards the ball n score a goal...

suddenly, it reminds me of the style of play of SOUTH KOREA during world cup 2002.(they also got so much spur to run towards the ball n played the game like as tough they didnt had another chance to play soccer)

i was quite touch by how these 2 international teams play.
they r hungry for goal, yet they seems to be playing carefree-ly without any pressure...

then while i was reading 20 june newpaper, i found out these 2 teams manager was GUUS HIDDINK

it was mentioned tht he went against tradition n had korean younger players call older players by their first names, treats player equally be it on bench or not, his ability as a psychologist enables him to exudes a sense of serenity to the team rather than fear

WOW......wat a father-like manager.

anyway, if u were to ask me hows the style of play for RUSSIA, i would say it had played like ARSENAL.

they play simple passes on most occassion.

n with such a good manager like hiddink, i enjoy watching russia plays..........:thumbs_up

Does it matter? He only needs to speak Russian to appease the TOP management in Chelsea! :sarcastic
