Blue Max or HMV would have it but it's probably cheaper to get online

Yup bluemax have it. You may want to buy the R1 vesrion though as the R3 version has a red tinge on the image.

Just happened to be at Laser Flair at Funan just now and noticed they have the DVD. Din notice whether was R1 or R3 or R0 or whatever.

I still find it stange that the other region discs managed to go into retail with such an glaring white balance flaw.

It was quite a hooha back then, but studio ghibli insists that that's the way it was intended, until the R1 version come along. think they dun want to incur the cost to replace eery single version other than the R1. the jap version also have this red tinge right?

I just got the VCD for $9.90 from HMV today :) Going to watch it later. I can't find the region indicator anywhere, but I think it's probably R3. Looks like I'll just have to deal with the red tinge then.

Edit: Does the VCD version have the red tint?

dun waste your time mastering from vcd. rent the dvd from videoEZY, they shld have this movie at the animation section
