Do your rank of 2lt still remain? pay the same? need to go for reservist or not?

i know one 2LT downgraded to PES C about 3 months b4 ORD due to injury to ankle. he still got his promotion to LTA and dun have to do anymore IPPT or SOC for reservist!

SOC stands for Standard Obstacle Course

SOC is nt required for NSMan what..

Like this.. the dying rate will increase man.. Ask NSMan run SOC its almost as good as killing us..

you dan gugu ah ... you tink they will let a PES C officer do clerk work? They will put him in roles like SAF Day secretiat, sign-on duty officer when unit goes outfield bla bla ...
