My Brigade Commander is always called back. From what I heard, he pay 5 figure taxes. If we need funds for small events, just ask him to sponsor few hundred bucks.

from what i noe.. non scholar can only go up to lt col right?

That one is for Regular, usually poly grads go up to LTC, then the scholars go higher. The Bde Comd is NSF then reservist all the way, at least that was what I remembered.
