No need PAGN server. Just download the demo and use the free servers.

But yea, there are some keyboards that lag. Like as if the button is still being depressed for ½ second even after you release the key..

But most overseas Cstrikers are not snipers.. Clans fielding 2 or more snipers in a match seem to almost be a local phenomenom..
Most of the better overseas clans field players who are good at teamwork and are mainly good pistol and assault weapon users..
I used to play CS about 5 years back and was locally ranked top for Glock + USP & TMP. 2nd for shotguns.
Looking at the SK & EOL gameplays, I can say that every single player they have are at least as good as me in basic pistols. Most local clans wouldn't even stand a chance in the 1st round against them..
