if I get your question right - You shld mix yr coolant with water, 2 part of coolant and 1 part of water unless the label of the coolant stated no water needed.

no leh that time i service my car they fill it with water. under the coolant label

Shell got a coolant tat u dun need to mix.. which means premixed. cost aroun $5 to 8

coolant should be mixed with water, cos it will get too thick when used alone.
(unless it comes premixed)

BUT too much water will cause your radiator and pipes to rust... so, must be real careful of the mix

everytime you add water in the radiator, you just take note lor... see how much you add before you need to topup with coolant. There's no exact science to this lah
