BMW has released a video of BMW 7 Series Night Vision System with FIR (infrared) camera in front air dam.

Video includes night driving scene with a jogger and a skater on the road. Infrared image is displayed on the on-board monitor.

the new Mer S350L also has the same feature leh... they call it the Night View Assist infrared night-vision system...

seriously speaking, after driving in continental cars and finally a Japanese car, I find that the Japanese car light is damn bright, and covers a wider angle.

Continental cars ah, somehow the side of roads not lid very well....

oh ya.i remember seeing the Merc one...i think its much better than BMW's middle dashboard screen...

you will be surprised....

try Coronation Road West, Queen Astrid Park, and you see the roads. Yes, got street lights alright... but sometimes really can miss one...

and then sometimes those Banglas run across the expressway... behind bushes run out... biang eh.. I kena a few times liao... along TPE and PIE
