From iOCBC Market idea today :

OCBC’s 245,830,884 4.2% non-cumulative non-convertible class G preference shares (NCPS) will be listed on 21 Jul 2003. It will be tradable in broad lot of 1000 NCPS. Based on the stated terms, OCBC NCPS is offering net dividend of 4.2%. As a comparison, DBS NCPS is at 6% gross (or 4.68% net using tax rate of 22%). Based on DBS NCPS last traded price of $107, yield is 4.37%. As such, both are fairly comparable in terms of yield.
