Hi guys recently bought a Senns HD555 ... right now I'm using it together with an X-FI xtremeGamer sound card but the music reproduction I'm getting from it compared to what i heard when i auditioned is way apart.I heard that USB DACs/AMPS are better than soundcards ..is this true? need recommendations on further enhancing my audio experience.. Budget = $100 - $200 range. Thankkies!

though some comes together. like the ibasso

your budget i think u just get a amp enough

use your soundcard as the dac

hd555 actually are one of the cans that dun really benefit from amping

yes..but the price not cheap leh..

maybe u should prepare at least 1k

ibasso D1 already out..but now think out of stock worldwide

Fubar III Jaben got sell...

headamp pico coming out soon..highly regarded

squall343 i also have a citypulse but no head amp yet, is it really alot of improvement compare to using the head amp in Citypulse?

yes....

a separate head amp is always better

but poisonous also
