workmanship + parts course can easily get you a new one.

Is it your Bijous?And I assume it is out of warranty already that's why you asking here.Can try to see those back lane shops around SLT if they can repair it.Or you can just upgrade to another IEM

Seconded, a neutrik 3.5mm jack is just a couple of bucks at LHS in SLT. Get them to quote a price for re-terminating the jack, it's a pretty simple soldering job and shouldn't cost a bomb.

Non-factory-terminated plugs won't last as long to abuse as factory-terminated ones, plus the plug is much bigger.

Cost of neutrik 3.5mm is $2-3 IIRC, provided you ask the right person - see here

Add soldering job, shouldn't cost more than $10. But take a look at the plug and see if the size suits your pocket first.
