make sure your pre-amp at the back is set to off if you're not using it. I thought mine was DOA too until i switched the pre-amp switch and voila, glorious music

after booting up it will stream music for 1sec and it will distort
pre-amp or headamp still same
changed the OPA also no use

i really wonder if they have burn in 100hrs sending to customer
