anyone knows any guys that mod amps?
i'd like to mod my pop pulse t-amp t1.

hm.. to bypass the volume control as i want to make it works as power amp. and probably change caps too.

Since you already know what you want to mod, and you can find a bit of info in the diyaudo thread,

Why not do it yourself or learn to do so?

hmm...im not good in this. and i couldn't afford to damage it. so need experts to do it for me.

Lol, for me the other way round, I can't trust people other than myself to do it.

Nah, dunwan for various reasons.

Why not contact this guy.

Perhaps I should add... the 'trust' part is not about having the required skills or not (since many people have enough skills), but rather whether you trust the decisions made by the guy is correct, if he do a good enough job with the right parts, and if he overcharges you for either the parts or labour or both.

With all the horror stories of SLS technicians and self-claim "experts" that offer to repair or "upgrade" audio parts (some even advertise on echoloft ), I can't trust shops anymore, audio or not. Someday I'll get my own car and I'll have to learn how to maintain it myself also.

Because it easier to pay other ppl to do it.

It is easier to earn money with wat u are good at doing than to save money with wat u are at not. Unless of course u are interested in diy or with a certain knowledge to begin with.

yea, what you said is quite true. though im interested to learn to mod it. but i don't think i want to mess with this amp.
