Hi guys, anyone on this BluRay setup? I saw at Courts yesterday, priced at S$799... still very expensive... but can play MKV files and best of all, has built in WiFI to stream from a PC... so, no need to pull cable from router to living room... would appreciate some actual user's comment on this, many thanks

$1k oppo BD83 ABT upscaling. And with mod, region free BD and DVD playback, also plays MKV files but no Wifi. These players prices will drop during clearance. If any BD player will do, I think SONY 360 is cheaper and loads pretty fast too.

I own the Oppo HD970 DVD player... loved that machine to bits... works really well at upscaling. I am 100% sure the BD83 will do a great job as well using the Anchor Bay chip... but, I am looking for something that is more affordable and yet solve the constant manual work of copying files into thumbrive/external drive and plugging out of PC and into the player in living room.. so, WiFi becomes a necessary somehow.... thanks for your suggestions mate
