Asus P5Q Deluxe major problem

Hi. My motherboard seems to be unable to run rams at 1066MHz which they are actually rated for? Can i bring it down for testing and see if its the MB problem. And also if it is, would it be a 1 to 1 exchange? Cuz my MB is fairly new.

You can bring it down for us to test along with your RAMS. We will conduct a 1 to 1 exchange if its indeed faulty and we have buffer stock for the mobo.
